I didn't want to book taxis which could be unreliable or sit on a public bus for an hour. I got from the airport to my hotel in 30 minutes. The driver was on time for both trips and I received texts and emails that told me who my driver was and the make of car. Both drivers were professional and courteous. I also liked that the gratuity/tip was included in the price so I didn't have to make sure I had cash on me.
