Accuracy of Reservation Information
You agree to verify all information on the reservation confirmation emailed to you is correct and all details of your trip itinerary are included for accurate scheduling of our drivers and vehicles. If you book the wrong date/time, or the wrong flight number, or we have the wrong information on the reservation, we are not responsible for your errors. You accept that in such circumstances your service is non-refundable.Changes to Your Reservation
To make any changes you must text 782-358-5878 with any requests or changes. Change of pickup times for airport transfers under 24 hours will result in a $10 fee. If you request changes within 4 hours of pickup time: $25 fee. If you request changes for pickups over 1 hour's drive away: $25 fee. If you request changes for pickups over 2 hours' drive away: $40 fee.No-Shows & Cancellations
If for any reason you do not show up, are unavailable, or fail to enter the proper vehicle at the time/date of service, your service is non-refundable. Cancellation fees: Over 72 hrs — no charge. 48–72 hrs — 15%. 24–48 hrs — 25%. 12–24 hrs — 50%. 6–12 hrs — 75%. Under 6 hrs — 100%. Premium vehicles (Escalade & Audi) cannot be downgraded or cancelled under 24 hours without full cancellation charges.Wait Time
Point to point service includes the rate for transfer only and does not include any additional wait time or stops unless on the itinerary. If you are late and exceed our grace wait time periods, wait time charges will apply by the minute, pro-rated to the hourly rate of your vehicle. Hourly service is charged for the amount of time requested and cannot be reduced or refunded if that time is not used.Luggage & Capacity
Luggage is limited to the vehicle type you requested. If you have too much luggage, additional fees will apply or service can be refused without refund. You agree to our luggage conditions. Hard-cased luggage will not be placed inside the vehicle cabin. Exceeding sedan trunk capacity may result in service refusal without refund or full SUV upgrade charges. Animals must travel in a carrier — free-riding pets are not permitted unless they are a documented ESA, which must remain on the floor.Additional Charges
If you or your passengers request additional stops, additional wait time, or additional mileage, additional fees will apply. Our drivers will comply with your request and you will be charged accordingly on your credit card. Driver accommodation for long-distance travel must be paid for by the client or the amount will be billed to the card on file.Credit Card Fee
Canadian law permits merchants to charge 2.4% for credit card transactions. Premier Car Service reserves this right. This fee is reflected in your total.Cancellation Policy Summary
Minimum cancellation fee: $30 + tax if this is a short-notice booking. If you cancel immediately after booking and it is a short-notice request, there is still a minimum $30 + tax cancellation fee as we immediately work to accommodate your request which may require reshuffling driver schedules.Pricing
The price quoted includes gratuity and HST on the base price including any additional fees, stops, and wait time the reservation incurs. Dynamic pricing applies — like airlines and hotels, prices increase as availability decreases. Book as early as possible for the best rate.Smoking, Damage & Prohibited Conduct
Smoking and vaping are not permitted — $550 automatic cleaning fee applies. Bodily fluids: $250. Alcohol spill: $150. The booking party is responsible for all damage caused by their party. Open alcohol is prohibited by Nova Scotia law — all alcohol must be sealed and transported in the trunk. Disrespect toward the driver ends the trip immediately without refund.Acts of God & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Premier Car Service is not responsible for traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.Dashcam Disclosure
All vehicles are equipped with dashcams that record video and audio inside and around the vehicle. Footage is confidential and shared only when required for legal purposes or dispute resolution.Chargebacks & Default
Payments overdue 14+ days incur a $15 administration fee each time the invoice is re-issued. All chargeback fees and a $15 admin fee per chargeback are billed in addition to the original amount.Card Authorization
By signing below, I authorize Premier Car Service to charge the credit card provided for the full reservation total including all applicable surcharges, gratuity, and applicable HST.
