Premier was professional, prompt, helpful and very customer oriented. Their website was clear and comprehensive and their communication by text was friendly and efficient. They sent me detailed instruction on how to reserve online and answered all my questions quickly. They didn’t charge extra when asked to assist my daughter with carrying her luggage to her airbnb, while other companies had a surcharge. They had clear and careful Covid protocols and SUVs with plexiglass barriers. They tracked the flight and knew it was arriving early. Their pricing was standard and I was sure to add the maximum tip to thank them for their great service. Every step of the way they confirmed status with both me and my daughter. I usually have friends/family pick me up from the airport but given the current pandemic I wanted to take every precaution. After reading a few reviews, I booked online which was very easy. The Escalade had pexiglass between the driver and I, we both wore masks and I couldn’t have felt safer. The driver was excellent as well. Thank you so much to this company! The car was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with a plexiglass partition between the front and back seats (We traveled during the pandemic). Our driver arrived within one minute of being paged, loaded our luggage and drove us home in no time. Payment was prearranged including tipping and we had one less thing to worry about. read less

The online booking process was very straightforward and we really appreciated that Premier then monitored the flight and kept up with the further delays. When the car arrived, another text message was sent advising of the car waiting for you. The car arrived exactly at the time requested. Our driver, Cal was friendly, professional and an awesome driver - at no time did we feel unsafe. His Caddilac Escalade was a beauty, luxurious comfort all the way. We arrived at the airport with time to spare. My credit card was only charged after we had been dropped off. An email receipt was sent and then another email was sent asking for feedback. Absolutely seamless and amazing service both ways! They even tracked my flight so when it was a half hour late (thanks to Air Canada) I didn't even have to let them know about the delay as they already knew about it. Getting to and from the Halifax airport CANNOT get any easier.Cal - my driver on the way home picked me up less than 2 minutes after the Ground Transport agent at the airport paged him and we had a great conversation on the ride back to my place.I highly recommend Premier if you need to get to and from Halifax airport. It was a very simple process with clear instructions. I particularly liked the reassurance that PCS would be tracking my flight and I needn’t worry if my flight was going to be delayed. They would be there and they were! That is such peace of mind when traveling to Halifax in the winter as there are often frequent delays. As it turns out the flight was 3 and a half hours late arriving but PCS was right there for us with a clean car and helpful driver. We appreciate Premier Car Service who waited for us into the middle of the night. They are a no worry and hassle free service. Would definitely use PCS again and I highly recommend them.
